By accessing and using Matajir's e-commerce platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Matajir provides an e-commerce platform that allows users to create and manage online stores. Our services include:

• Store creation and customization tools
• Payment processing integration
• Inventory management systems
• Analytics and reporting features
• Customer support services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon subscription activation and renewal. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.

• Starter Plan: 199 QAR per month
• Business Plan: 399 QAR per month
• Enterprise Plan: 599 QAR per month

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Matajir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
